Old Business

At the last meeting there was a motion to pay a $350 invoice for the Car Show insurance.  Since it is a reoccurring expense and since we have to have it.  The Board decided we will not need to vote reoccurring expenses.

The vote to pay the CPA who reconciled our accounting and prepare our taxes passed.

In order for the Car Show to grow and obtain big vendors we might consider a two day show.  The vendors would be able to set up on Friday and spend the night at the lake.  Dwayne talked to the City of Claremore and they would be receptive to this idea.  We may need to change the Cruise In venue. We tabled the discussion until after the Car Show.
